After a two year long complete renovation, the Hotel Mont-Blanc has finally opened its doors in autumn 2013.
Construit au début du 20ème siècle, l’Hôtel mont-blanc a traversé les années avec élégance et style, conservant son âme et ses valeurs représentant l’art de vivre à la française. Ses anciens livres de réservation témoignent du passage de nombreux artistes, hommes politiques, familles royales et autres pionniers de l’alpinisme qui ont fait l’histoire de la vallée du Mont-Blanc.
Entièrement repensé par l’architecte d’intérieur Sybille de Margerie, ce mythique établissement entend renouer avec son glorieux passé en redevenant l’un des fleurons des alpes Françaises.
Built in the beginning of the 20th century, the Hotel Mont-Blanc has been crossing the years with elegance, always maintaining its authentic values that represent the «art de vivre à la française». The former reservation books may testify the fact that the Hotel Mont-Blanc has been welcoming throughout the years various artist, politicians and royal families, but also legendary mountaineering pioneers.
French interior designer Sybille de Margerie has redesigned this historical hotel that has been given a new life with contemporary touches blending with the authentic elements of this chic hotel.
Redimensionné et redesigné, l’hôtel a été repensé avec pour notions confort et convivialité. Ainsi, chaque lieu commun est pourvu d’un espace où l’on peut se rassembler entre amis, famille autour d’une même table. L’hôtel fait place désormais à 40 chambres dont 17 juniors suites et 2 suites, qui vous immergeront dans un univers poudré où les codes de montagne côtoient ceux d’une maison de famille.
Redimensionned and redesigned, the hôtel has been rethinked with comfort and cosy atmosphere. Thus, Each area of the hotel is designed to bring together friends and family, around a same table. From now on, the hotel gives way to 40 rooms including 17 Junior Suites and 2 Suites, which will immerse you into a powdery world where the codes of the mountains are mixed with those of a family house.

The lounge bar opened on a sunroom bathing in natural lighting, place where hôtel residents and chamoniards meet, is perfect for spending intimate moments or meeting friends. Created by Guy Martin, the lounge bar menu proposes palace bar classics as well as a selection of exquisite tapas that you can serve with a cup of the best champagnes or with exclusive cocktails created by the head barman.
